Spring…Western Style

by DePaolo Equine Concepts

Are you headed to Cavalia? A Diamonds and Dirt fund raiser? A local rodeo?  Well, we have some spring essentials for your wardrobe.

Start with the perfect pair of jeans from Kimes Ranch denim.  These can go from date to night  and from the mall to horseback.  Not only are they very comfortable riding jeans, they are fashionable enough to wear out and affordable!

You can’t go wrong with a graphic tee.  You will get tons of wear through spring and summer with a neutral grey or cream tee with a tone on tone imprint.  Country Outfitters has some great ones.

For chilly evenings go for a statement jacket.  This can dress up a look and really be an eye catcher!  We love this one by Double D Ranchwear.  The jacket is a bit pricy but it is timeless and so unique.

These boots were made for walking….and dancing….and riding!  Ariat boots are high quality and comfortable.  The new narrow square toe is all the rage for 2014.

Top off the look with a native american inspired necklace.  Choose a necklace with a neutral metal color such as copper, brass or oxidized silver.  This CEEK Jewelry necklace with a hint of turquoise will tie in some of the colors in the embroidered jacket.

Spring fashion is fun and lively.  Mix  patterns and prints and don’t forget to have a western edge.

Love a good pair of cowboy boots! I personally prefer a pair of skinny jeans to tuck into them but I like the way you styled this with a pair of bootleg jeans. Please continue posting fashion and style – I am now following!
