Dr. Mark is spending the next few weeks in Scottsdale, AZ. The 62nd Annual Scottsdale Arabian Show kicks off today! This show is one of the biggest horse shows in the country with over 2400 horses entered in various classes through the 10 day span. Dr. Mark works his magic on dozens of the top competitors trying to keep the horses sound, healthy and relaxed. Read more
Dr. Mark is currently at US National Arabian Horse Show in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is one of his busiest horse shows of the year. Even though Dr. Mark doesn’t have too much down time if you are in Tulsa and need a break from the show maybe you should try some of the non-horse activities the city has to offer. Read more
Today is the Dallas Stars’ pre-season opener against the St. Louis Blues. Dr. Mark and his wife, Jacqui, are big Stars fans and this year they season ticket holders! The stars have won eight division titles in Dallas and in the 1998-99 season they won the coveted Stanley Cup.

Dr. Mark will be traveling to Faith Equine in Snohomish, Washington in May. Mark & Karen Plumlee operate Mission Farrier School out of their beautiful facility. The 8 week horseshoeing course is “dedicated to offering a common sense approach to maintenance of the equine hoof, drawing on Natural Balance principles, traditional craftsmanship, and the increasingly improved technology available in the farrier industry today.” Read more
The end of April is going to be busy for Dr. Mark! He travels to Scottsdale, Arizona to work for clients at the Region 7 Arabian Show.
